we are dolabra digital
who we are
our website address is: https://dolabradigital.com
dolabra services llc operates this website as a marketing site. It is not a customer portal or a SaaS application. There is no user account system, no sign-up, no contact form, no chat widget, no comment system — no interactive feature that requests personal information from visitors. The only contact mechanism on the site is a business email link (info@dolabradigital.com).
what data is associated with visiting this site
standard web server logs (maintained by the hosting provider; not used by dolabra)
When you visit dolabradigital.com, the hosting provider that runs this site (Amazon Web Services, via Amazon CloudFront and Amazon S3) may process request metadata such as your IP address, the request timestamp, your browser type, and the page requested, in order to deliver pages to you and for its own operational and security purposes (load balancing, DDoS detection, etc.). Any such data is retained per the hosting provider’s defaults. dolabra services llc has not enabled access logging for this site and does not access, use, process, or analyze this data.
google analytics (not currently enabled)
This site does not currently load Google Analytics or any other analytics tool. We may add Google Analytics in the future to collect aggregated traffic data (page views, geographic regions at country/city aggregate level, browser types, referring sites). If we do, this data would be processed by Google LLC and visible to dolabra services llc as aggregate numbers in the Google Analytics dashboard. We would not link this data to identified individuals, export it, or use it for targeting or advertising, and we will update this policy before enabling it.
If Google Analytics is enabled in the future and you do not want it to record your visit, you can install Google’s official opt-out browser add-on or block analytics scripts via your browser settings.
fonts and other resources
All fonts, stylesheets, scripts, and images used by this site are served from dolabradigital.com itself. The site does not load third-party fonts, scripts, trackers, or embedded content, so your browser makes no requests to third parties when it loads a page. Links on the site to other websites are followed only if you click them, and those websites have their own privacy practices.
cookies
The site currently sets no cookies and does not use browser local storage. If Google Analytics is enabled in the future, it may set cookies for visit measurement. No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking pixels, no browser fingerprinting. You can clear cookies via your browser settings at any time.
what we do not collect
- No contact forms, sign-up forms, or any other interactive PII collection — the site has none
- No user accounts, user profiles, or persistent records about individual visitors
- No cookies currently set, and no advertising cookies, pixels, or browser fingerprinting
- No personal data sold, rented, or brokered to any party
- No data shared with third parties beyond the hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) as described above, and Google Analytics (Google LLC) if enabled in the future
contacting us
The site lists a business email address, info@dolabradigital.com. Clicking the link opens your own email client; the email is composed and sent through your own email service and arrives at dolabra services llc’s business inbox. The website itself does not collect, store, or transmit the email contents — the email travels via your own email infrastructure.
Once an email arrives in our inbox, it is handled like any other business correspondence: read, replied to as appropriate, and retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable follow-up period (typically 2 years from last contact), then deleted as part of routine email hygiene. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
your data
dolabra services llc maintains no database, profile, or persistent record about website visitors that we could “export” or “delete” on request. The only data about a visitor that we hold is:
- Aggregated Google Analytics statistics (only if analytics is enabled in the future) — no identification; nothing to “delete about you” because there is no individually-linked “you” in this data, just aggregate counts
- Emails you have sent us (if any) — these can be deleted on request; email info@dolabradigital.com and we will remove the relevant emails
We have no other user database, profile system, or stored record about website visitors.
who we share data with
dolabra services llc shares data with the following service providers solely to operate the website:
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) — not currently enabled. If enabled in the future, it would receive traffic data via the Google Analytics tag loaded on this site and process it under its own privacy terms, subject to the data-sharing settings we choose in our Google Analytics account.
- Hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) — runs the website and may process request metadata as described above. dolabra services llc has not enabled access logging and does not access or process this data.
We do not share data with any other third parties.
data subject rights (gdpr / ccpa / state us privacy laws)
Visitors located in jurisdictions providing data subject rights (EU/EEA/UK under GDPR; California under CCPA; other US states under analogous laws) may exercise rights with respect to website-collected personal data. Given the limited data this site collects (see above), most exercise requests will resolve to “we hold nothing identifiable about you beyond emails you have sent us (and aggregated analytics, if analytics is enabled in the future), which we will delete on request.”
To exercise any of these rights, email info@dolabradigital.com. dolabra services llc will respond within one month (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA), as applicable.
legal basis for processing (gdpr article 6)
For website-collected data falling under GDPR scope, the legal bases are:
- Legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — website operation and security, and visitor analytics in aggregate form if enabled in the future
- Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — Google Analytics cookies, if analytics is enabled in the future and where required by local law
data retention
- Google Analytics aggregated data (only if analytics is enabled in the future) — retained per the dolabra services llc Google Analytics account retention setting (default 14 months; adjustable via Google Analytics admin settings)
- Cookies — none are currently set; any cookies set in the future would be retained per each cookie’s individual lifetime and clearable via browser settings at any time
- Hosting web server logs — retained per the hosting provider’s defaults; dolabra services llc has not enabled access logging and does not access any such logs
- Email correspondence — retained for the duration of the business engagement plus a reasonable follow-up period (typically 2 years from last contact), then deleted as part of routine email hygiene; you can ask us to delete it sooner at any time via info@dolabradigital.com
international data transfers
Personal data collected via dolabradigital.com may be transferred to and processed in the United States (the site is hosted on Amazon Web Services, with its origin in the United States and edge locations in North America and Europe; Google Analytics, if enabled in the future, is a US-based service; dolabra services llc personnel are US-based). For visitors in the EU/EEA/UK, this constitutes an international transfer under GDPR Chapter V.
Safeguards:
- EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) — our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (a covered entity under Amazon.com, Inc.’s DPF certification), and Google LLC, if Google Analytics is enabled in the future, are DPF-certified, providing an approved transfer mechanism for EU→US data flows
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) — included in our hosting provider’s data processing terms, and relied on as a supplementary measure where DPF does not apply
partner data (out of scope)
This privacy policy covers only data collected by dolabradigital.com (the website). Data that dolabra services llc processes on behalf of business Partners (customer data, marketing data, ML scoring inputs, etc.) is covered separately under each Partner’s Master Service Agreement + Data Processing Addendum, not on this website and not by this policy.
